The benefits at this organization are excellent, with meals and housing provided, health and life insurance, xacation time and professional development.
Very expensive deductible and it is expensive for a family or to add a child if you are single
There are various tiers to choose. Thus, if you are young, like me, then you can opt to the cheaper one that is in-network. If you are a family person, then there are tiers that protect the whole family.
It's okay for the cost. It would be nice if employee payment could be based on salary.
The best thing is you choose the coverage you want. The worst is you have a limited pool of doctors.
Package offered very little in each package.
The medical needs to be more affordable for those on teacher salary
Company health insurance premiums continue to increase, and benefits continue to decrease while salaries are not properly adjusted with the cost of living.
The premiums are too high. The contact people sometimes don't know the answers and send you around to ask others who don't know as well. This is very frustrating.
The health insurance is great for just an employee. It is very cheap and they even have a free employee clinic. However, it becomes way too expensive to add on a spouse. It was cheaper to buy my wive's insurance separate, though I was able to add her on a la cart for dental insurance.
