    The best thing about the benefit package is the low premiums and good health provider choices. The worst thing about the benefit package is the network of providers is not in the area where I reside.

    Good insurance, nice retirement package, other fringe benefits are good. No major complaints outside of the cost of insurance, but that is an issue with most places.
