    The best thing is that because I am a teacher, I get a lot of paid time off. The worst thing is that it is difficult to take other time off outside of the allotted days because of the best thing.

    There are different vacations based on the amount of time you work which your pay is directly connected to as well. There are ten, eleven and twelve month employees but will escrow ten and eleven month pay to stretch over the vacation period so that you will continue to receive a paycheck during your time off.
