Utilization Management Clinician BH
I got a rather long prescreen questionnaire to be completed for a job I applied to at a large healthcare company. This has rather annoying questions like why do you want this job. Interestingly this same company Hr called me for another position prescreen and barely asked any questions. I am rather turned off by these cookie cutter interview process and just not interested in moving forward. What are your thoughts?

Lots of perks throughout the year, small bonuses and company events. It does seem like average salaries are smaller here than in other hospitals
