only one RN allow to be off for day shift at at time as of 2018. You get plenty of pto hours but cant seem to use them at least any where you like because you have to choose your vacation for 2019 in september 2018 because all of 2019 will basically be full before you blink your eyes. Think most take 2 weeks but hard to get more and the rest sell there pto when its offered at 100% Management will work with you for emergencies but it is stressful to ask for pto and hard to know over a year in advance when you need it.

The PTO is lower than other organizations. I find that the benefits are not all that great. They pride on being the best, but they are not!
