They do not match 401k
Health insurance package was amazing. 401k options are lacking, potential stock options were lacking but may have recently changed.
No 401k match, decent health insurance. Fully stocked kitchen. Monday breakfast, Friday lunch. Once a month "Healthy at Houzz" trendy workout class you can attend. Signup is limited though. There are cool benefits where the company pays for corporate rec teams and 5k's around the area you work which is fun if utilized.
The best thing about the benefits package at Houzz was the medical insurance. They have great insurance with little or nothing out of pocket.

Health insurance package overall was very generous. However, no 401(k) matching and PTO policy was Byzantine and was highly subjective by your manager. It is allegedly unlimited so as to avoid end of employment payouts, but in reality PTO is highly monitored and restricted.
No 401k match at all, there is no remote work ever, and a bad pay scale. In addition, sick time and PTO are not separate, but this is to “give you flexibility”
