As an hourly employee I do not get the benefit package but I can accrue sick leave which makes me feel better about the lack of benefits.

Since I am a part-time employee at the college I do not receive any type of benefits. I can take time off as long as my supervisor is aware ahead of time.
For my job, there were no benefits at all besides the salary. Everything else is left up to the employee. This is probably because of the part-time nature of my job.
