Pension is still offered, however the educational system is incredibly flawed with most money and resources going to the schools with the wealthier demographics.

*good medical/dental/prescription *last 2 years, have had a pay gap for 10 month employees who get therirpay spread over 12 months-- no reason this should happen!

Insurance is very high after retirement
