Huawei USA provides typical employee benefits like other companies its size. It's competitive but not overly so. The biggest drawback for me is no flexible work hour or working from home benefits.
The benefit package was fair, cost was reasonable, nothing fancy, covered basic stuff. No charging facilities for electrical vehicle even employee requested.
