Insurance benefits were decent. COBRA continuation was a simple process.
You don’t get benefits with HUB. At least not if you’re an Security Officer.
The benefits offered are just terrible. The health care is based out of Louisiana and it usually means that most people are going to be out of your network. You pay about $60.00 for one person and that's the basic plan. Most drugs aren't covered and it take FOREVER to reach your deductible. You get ONE day off per week. You don't get a lunch break. You can't go to the bathroom, except in a bottle in your car (or a bag for #2) ((Ladies I don't even know HOW you go)).
Decent Health Insurance package, I was satisfied with the type of health insurance and premium I was offered while I worked there.
They offer health insurance, dental, vision, hsa, short and long term disability, and life insurance.
High deductible health insurance, only accumulated 1.54 vacation and sick days biweekly.
Worst Insurance I ever had. No other benefits
Very high deductibles on health insurance. Minimal coverage.
Horrible benefits that barely covered anything and when you sought medical treatment the bill was almost as bad as not having any insurance at all. Not worth signing up for even with them paying part of the premium. There are better individual plans out there that will cost you less in the long run.
Benefits that were offered during hire & beginning of employment will be quickly taken away like free life insurance. The HMO health insurance is horrible & barely covers anything. With the coverage, a typical check-up still costs several hundred dollars. Took Paternity leave during my employment. I was constantly called and asked when I was returning after just 10 days. Then assigned files, told to call & arrange appointments for after I returned from leave, which I refused. I was out on medical leave following a surgery & was called the day after surgery, still on pain killers, and told to call a client who never bothered to return the call. The vision insurance was not good & the dental was not much better for the money. The only thing HUB lived up to was the matching 401K, which I'm sure the matching part would have been taken away, too, if I would have stayed at this cesspool any longer.
