The 401k match is very good. There are plenty of good health and fitness discounts as well as great health, vision, and dental insurance options. The unlimited vacation is also probably the best benefit of all.

Great paternity/maternity leave policies - great medical coverage as well. Another great element is the work from home flexibility, even in departments or functions that do not traditionally champion remote employees.
HubSpot does a great job of providing benefits for their employees. Specifically, the co-pay on the healthcare benefit is amazing! It would be great as HubSpot scales and the demographics of their employees start to change to offer later staged healthcare benefits.
