The best benefits for families I've ever had. The medical coverage is phenomenal. Outside of co-pays you pay basically nothing out of pocket. All of the deductibles are covered. Its magical. In addition, the BCBS coverage itself is better than any company I've been. The Care.com benefit is amazing for families with kids. Teledoc is a really great way to be able to get in touch with a doctor. And of course the unlimited vacation/Use Good Judgement policy on taking time off is great to be able to take care of your life and family when you need to. Really the only complaint is that the 401k match is still not what it could be, though it gets better every year.
The best thing is that the benefits package really does cover most areas of life outside of work: medical, dental, vision insurance, a membership to a corporate savings group, standard 401K savings plans, unlimited vacation, food in offices, ability to work from home, etc. The only downside is that the salaries are generally lower to "compensate" for the expansive benefits, which can be difficult if an individual contributor doesn't take advantage of the other perks.
Great benefits with unlimited PTO, matching 401K, full health insurance with 100% deductible covered by HubSpot. It would be nice to have gym membership paid for remote-workers as the company is becoming more and more remote-friendly.
