“HubSpot has an unlimited paid time off policy for employees, as well as flexible working hours for many positions.”
“Inclusive of different family configuration”
“Reimbursement of high deductible structure is a little slow and clunky so some medical bills end up in collections before it's clear what you owe but it's very good insurance”
Mental health coverage is amazing. Counselling sessions are covered through the company to make sure we can be our best versions of ourselves while we work through these wild times.
Parental leave is 16 weeks for all employees which is great!
Employees need to make sure they take advantage of the unlimited vacation-- but as long as they do that the benefits are generally stellar. One thing that could be better? The 401k match.
The parental leave is great at HubSpot and when we were in the office the smoothie bar, the coffee garden, and the kitchens were awesome, but with COVID those perks are no longer possible at this time.
Really great benefits for 401K, RSUs, time off, sabbatical after 5 years, flexible working hours, generous parental leave.
Very accommodating benefits, especially for employees with a growing family
Great perks, PTO, health insurance, vacation options
Great health benefits and vacation time, but they need to move past the pizza, beer and ping pong. They're not a startup anymore and adults want real benefits, like childcare options, better parental leave, and better work-life balance.
HubSpot is constantly reviewing the benefits offered and keeping up with the changing times. This year we were provided a TON of additional benefits including virtual mental health services, virtual fitness reimbursement, extended parental leave. They are constantly thinking about what is remote inclusive and they are listening to the asks of the employees.
ESPP program is pretty great and probably underused
