Unlimited PTO. Many people claim this, but really. Like, take off when you need/want to and just send a calendar invite that you're off that day(s). They even make your quota 50% of normal quota twice a year to encourage you to take time off.

  • Oct 09, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Current Customer Support Representative in Cambridge, Massachusetts

You can get unlimited time off if you use good judgement. In reality that means you can take about 4 weeks a year. Getting time off at the holidays can be hard if you're a junior member of the support team.

Great, flexible policy. Unlimited days so long as you're getting your work done and hitting your metrics.
