Health Insurance is good - PTO is stated as unlimited, although it is so heavily scrutinized that it is a fallacy. The company's stated dedication to work/life balance is complete BS; if you're not in the office FT your fired.

Unlimited Vacation / flex schedule is the best by far. I can still take the time to do things outside of work (as long as Im getting quality work done) . This allows me to Coach, get to the gym, take vacations, ect its amazing. The in house chefs also make INCREDIBLE food EVERYDAY for us.
