    Good benefits package -- cheap health insurance (plus dental, vision, etc), 401k matching, gym benefits, vacation, flexibility to work form home when needed, etc.

    Time off, 401k match, health and dental all covered. Working from home is done often and not looked at negatively.

    They have a gym on site, which is nice and provide full dental, medical, vision coverage with a small fee taken out of base salary -- which is not unusual. They also pay employees that leave with extra vacation days.

    The benefits package is one of the company's bright spots. Lots of vacation time and good health insurance that covers everything from eyeglasses to acupuncture.
