6 weeks for dads. 12 weeks for moms. Pretty solid considering the rest of this country's terrible approach to this topic.

You really couldn't ask for a better maternity leave policy. You don't just receive job protection for 12 weeks, you receive your full salary the entire time. In our office most new moms have taken an extended leave several months beyond what the state allows, with full support of the management. Most of the leadership team has young children and so I think there's a built in empathy for what new parents are going through and you feel it both while on leave and when you return. I'm incredibly grateful to have started my family while at Huge, I can't imagine a more supportive environment.

Parental leave includes twelve fully-paid weeks for mothers or main caretakers, plus six fully-paid weeks for fathers or secondary caretakers. All new mothers work with their managers to customize a return plan, which could mean choosing among flexible hours, shorter workdays or remote work in the six months following parental leave.

Lots of flexibility and understanding both during leave and after. Company leaders all have kids and know what really matters.
