Great HR staff. Management underwent multiple changes throughout year.
comprehensive plans with choices, a blend of Huge and IPG offerings
Decent insurance and PTO but nothing out of the ordinary. Summer Fridays are amazing (if you can take them)
Health insurance and dental is good, 401(k) match, 15PTO plus summer Friday's and holidays off.
Standard "big company" benefits package. Health care costs are acceptable but rising, vacation is standard. Nothing special.
The benefit quality seemed to be pretty good without too crazy of oop contributions, which is always great. Overall most IPG benefits are pretty good and offer good work-life benefits.
Great maternity leave & summer Fridays are nice.
Quality of Medical plan and network isn't as good as other subsidiaries of large agency holding companies. Not competitive.
Overall good benefit package. Seems great for maternal/paternal leave.
Benefits are OK. Most important things like short term medical leave and 401k take at least 6 months to kick in. They will terminate you before that if they have any concerns. Perks are very penny-pinching and not up to usual standards.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
