The health plan can be better. It hardly covers.
health insurance, 401K and the paid time off were great. But the pay and yearly bonus aren't great. It's for most part a relaxed work environment.
Medical Benefits are a joke, 401K contribution is minimal
Best thing that everything is covered and worst that you don't need everything but eventually you spend a lot on benefits.
Health insurance is through Cigna which is accepted at a number of doctors.
401(k) is decent. Health benefits have seriously declined.
There are full benefits as soon as you are hired. If you need to change your benefits, like when you have a kid, the HR department will help you change it.
The worst thing about the benefits is the High Deductible Health plan. However, I think most large companies now have this thanks to Obama Care. The company also had Dental and Vision plans.
