401k, annual park passes, Disney Streaming Bundle package
Comparable to most corporate jobs and the entertainment industry. Health insurance, 401K, PTO, snacks.
Solid benefits for being part of a large media conglomerate. Before the Disney acquisition, the benefits were much more premium (e.g. 20 weeks of parental leave for mothers and fathers, lower premiums, etc. ) but had to change to align with larger org.
