Flexible time off, solid bonus plan, health insurance just ok
Higher premiums for medical/dental/vision as we have transitioned under Disney plans. Perks include gratis Hulu Subscription and Disney parks pass.
The best part of the benefits package is the flexible PTO and wellness incentives.
Not the same since the Disney merger, but still have great benefits including 20 weeks paid family leave, unlimited time off, and lots of perks.
401k match, solid parental leave and other perks
Not great benefits in terms of health insurance, but 401k matches and PTO are up to standard in my opinion. Company has some perks if you joined Hulu at the right time, but since Hulu = Disney now, a lot has changed.
The best things about working for Hulu is the vacation time, good pay, maternity and paternity leave and lunches
