I have to say I am pretty impressed with Humana's benefits. There's plenty of options to choose from. You get 23 paid days off, two personal days and seven paid holidays. There is also a 401k, and Humana will match at a certain percent, I believe it's six percent. There are two different health plans to choose from, there is a CDHP with PCA or HDHP with HSA. There is dental, and vision options as well. I personally have an HDHP , Dental, Vision, and a Hospital Indemnity plan (this is a voluntary benefit that I chose) I pay $181 bi-weekly for my family of three, and I also pay an additional $40 bi-weekly surhcarge since my husband chews tobacco . I know they have other options such as six weeks off of parental leave after a birth of a baby or adoption. There is also a life insurance policy that is double the amount of salary you make. Humana also has quite a bit of different voluntary benefits as well. And they have a Great Deals program that can get you discounts on other things. Plus if you're active with your health plan they enroll you in GO365 that gives you discounts or option to choose things for the points you collect throughout the day. And there is short term and long term disability.
Bonuses (AIN) has been extended to include all employees. In the past it was just for some in certain leadership positions

Great preventive care; but the high deductible is costly. Also, the do a lot of incentives for health and wellness through their Go365 program, which is supported by a great app.

The health insurance offered to the employees was adequate but I would have expected better coverage for less cost given that it is an insurance company. The Medicare customers got much better coverage than the employees.
