Humana has great benefits. I think they to have more maternity days for new moms and dads. 6 weeks is not enough. You will have to use your PTO to stay longer with your baby

Time off and vacation packages
The health insurance benefit is literally a joke…you’re better off having no insurance than having a high deductible plan. Good luck paying off a 3k deductible just to even have any coverage
