The benefits were great and affordable even after some increases.
Paid time off takes awhile to gain additional days, and project deadlines make it difficult to take longer vacations
Good 401K match. Bad benefit selection and very little support after the fact. You choose and you're on your own. Very limited benefits for a company this big.
Medium Health insurance plan, good paid time off, 401 3% match , stock employee discount purchase plan,
Extensive benefits to choose from, reasonably priced currently. Only concern is that the price is going up while coverage decreases annually.
Insurance package is very comprehensive and a low cost to the employee.
The company was bought out and the new 401K program is below industry standards. The bonuses are $500.
Lot of options for 401k and ESOP program, very good health benefits. average PTO.
Hours are flexible when needed and you can work from home in a corporate position should you need to be out of the office. The 401K match is decent but the employee stock purchase program is fantastic. Additionally, the health benefits are some of the best I've ever had with this organization thanks to changes this year. Heath insurance is very affordable and extensive, dental coverage is amazing and vision is decent from what I have hear from others (I don't require that coverage myself). PTO (paid time off) days are based on your tenure with the company and I am given almost a month per year of which you can roll-over ten days. Overall, it's a hard to beat benefits package and this is coming from someone who has been with the company for ten years and seen many changes in benefits. They got it right this time for sure.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
