Initial year is 3 weeks paid time off. After that is 4 weeks paid off. Once you hit 5 years it is 5 weeks paid time off. PTO is very generous and I love it. Wish organization would consider day after Thanksgiving as a paid holiday instead of PTO to allow us to shut down offices to be with family. Medical, dental, vision, 401k, long term and short term disability, and so much more are offered at amazing rates with exceptional coverage.

I wish the would give the day after Thanksgiving and Veterans Day off as regular paid holidays. Many of us our veterans, dependents of active duty military families, etc and it would be amazing to spend Veterans Day honoring and celebrating the thing we love - our military. The day after Thanksgiving would be outstanding to have that time with our families.
