Flexible scheduling and great co workers
No benefits and unpaid time off can be tough, though not impossible, to get even if you are not staffed full time. They truely want you to be available all of the hours they are open no matter how many hours a week you may be scheduled for. There is a small amount of training offered.
No benefits for full-time staff
Few benefits since it is a part time job

No benefits, not even for Assistant Director Position.
Franchise owned location so benefits will vary from other locations. PTO followed corporate structure - 18 days overall with only 6 paid holidays which were not honored (as a full-time M-Th & Sat employee) on a weekday if the holiday fell on a Sunday, since the center is open 7 days/week.
The worst part is that when a healthcare stipend is PROMISED, you WILL NOT receive it. Additionally, there is no 401k. And enjoy those bonuses- you might get one or two a year.
The worst thing is the owner.
Huntington Provides no benefits, but you are allowed unpaid days off if you give 2-week notice.
No benefits. There were no benefits outside of hourly pay.
