“Best is that corporate office training department has many ongoing virtual training options and coaches. ”
“6 sick days per year, no roll over.”
I got vacation, sick time, 401K and full health benefits and maternity leave from my franchisee. I did not work for corporate office.
Benefits were clearly presented upon hire.
$15-16 hourly, 10 hours a week max , no benefits
No benefits for part time employees. If you’re a teacher/tutor with Huntington working less than 40 hours a week which will be the case (most Center teachers in person or virtual work a max of ten hours a week) you’ll get NO benefits and the pay is $15-$16 an hour while parents / families are charged $80 per hour for services. There is a lack of compassion and almost always a failure to communicate from superiors to subordinates. If you don’t ask and make a mistake be prepared to be met with snarkiness And disrespect from your superiors. The turn over rate at this company is very high. If you need an extra $300 every two weeks which is criminal because you have to have a bachelors degree to work here, and don’t mind working with little to no training or appreciation for your blood sweat and tears then come here
Aside from a retirement savings account, no benefits
Time off benefits were good. The longer you worked at the company the more time you had.
There are no medical or retirement 401 k benefits. Work hours should be discussed and agreed upon hire. Owner tries to run two separate centers when in reality she only has time for one. But with the virus I'm not sure what's happening.
The schedule is flexible. I got every other weekend off.
Decent paid time off and benefits package. No other perks to speak of.
No benefits at all in this job.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
