High deductible but good network
it was fine. there wasn't much extra then a basic health plan
Its not bad insurance but you pay a lot out of pocket.
The health insurance was decent and moderately priced.
It's standard. Considering the size of Huntington; one would think they could negotiate a better deal for their employees.
Huntington National Bank offers a competitive benefits package. I would recommend that they drop the rather "socialist" like allocation of the employee's share of the cost of healthcare. One should not pay more for health insurance at Huntington (or any company) simply because their income level is higher than another employee who in turn pays less for health insurance because their income is less than others at the bank. Income is a factor of market competitive forces that for the most part is what determines the employee salary and healthcare as a part of the compensation package should be no different.
Very costly. Most likely will pay 10% of your annual base Salary
Not great, but I feel like no company really offers good health insurance now. It's all high deductible and expensive.
Used to offer various plans but all are high deductible. High costs especially for what you pay each pay period.
