Most offices pick vacation time at the beginning of the year based on your position at the branch. if your a teller, you pick your time last. Most managers and bankers pick their weeks around the holidays during summer. No time off from mid November to mid January in some districts. Health insurance can get expensive based on what you need.
Prior to the Affordable Care Act HNB offered affordable insurance, unfortunately now, the insurance offered is no longer really affordable with the high deductibles.
Seemingly lowest amount of coverage available.
As with many companies, an HSA account is standard. No HSA match is given, but some can be "earned" through taking health assessments and various activities. The prescription coverage is what is really lacking. Many medications are not covered and those that are are the same ones that a large box store is willing to give for free or reduced.
Several plan and provider options
Fair benefits, though not perfect.
Plans are very similar to other large organizations.
Thankful for coverage but way too expensive for only covering the minimum.
Terribly expensive if you use it or not. Sadly, my spouse and I do have to use it quite a bit, so we make sure to have the max out of pocket amount saved between HSA and independently.
Different tiers of coverage to choose from based on your personal budget. Dental and Vision included, also. Discount on health insurance for non-smokers (drug test at hire but no subsequent re-testing).
