Blue Cross Blue Shield. Great Insurance.
Ohio gets special treatment like free gym memberships while all other states get pretty much nothing. Vacation and Sick/Personal time off are all one category, and Huntington makes you use them as soon as possible which it horrible for work/life balance. There HSA program is great and you can make up to $750 an adult member annually. They have a match on the 401(k) which is great!
401k match up to 5%, profit shares deposited into 401k, reasonable time off and increased annually, I did not use insurance benefits
The company offers all benefit plans including 401K, health benefits including eye, dental, etc.
Very good maternity leave program. High deductible insurance.
The vacation time isn't all the best however the health insurance and dental plans were extremely well. Everything else okay.
Health benefits are limited, but in line with the rest of the industry. The industry in general has had to bear rapidly increasing premium costs that are very high relative to corresponding mean wage/labor costs. The company is trying, but your co-pays and deductibles will be pretty high across the board. Coverage these days just costs employers a lot of money. Expensive health insurance with relatively poor coverage is on the US healthcare industry for exploiting a broken market that doesn't price; it's not on Huntington. 401k is also pretty average and in line with the rest of the industry. I think it's a 100% match up to 5%. Generally, benefits and pay will be pretty average and in line with the market. Nothing will stand out as exceptionally good or bad.
Great benefits package with medical that started after 30 days and 401k matching after a year
Health insurance benefits can be expensive depending on the plan chosen. PTO/vacation time is an excellent benefit. 401k match
Health insurance could be better...
