The benefits package is comprehensive and fair. The time off policy is on par with other places I've worked. The HR department goes the extra mile to help the employees.

401k is matched up to 5% I believe, medical sucks, PTO is accrued.

Not great health insurance or additional options.

PTO and benefits packages could use some updating to be more comparable to current market offering

They are always trying to improve health insurance coverage while minimizing price increases.

Too expensive, not true to expected coverage plan in network vs out of network. Could be much more competitive. Only two options available.

You have to accrue vacation and PTO. God help you if you get sick. HDHP is the only insurance they provide.
