Solid balance of benefits (comp, 401k, medical, dental, vision, legal services, etc.)
Benefits package is pretty solid, with a good 401K match, good insurance options etc. Work from home policy varies by department/team, but generally, on-site is expected. PTO is not limited; policy is that employees can take a "reasonable" amount.
On par with other industries
Wide variety of options allow staff to customize a plan that is most valuable to them.
401k match is good at 6% dollar for dollar, vacation time is generous. I'm not sure about field folks, but in the software business unit, vacation time is about 4 weeks.
costs were high and packages were somewhat subpar in the industry
401 K as a contractor was a nice benefit.
401K matching, Unlimited PTO, good health insurance
Great benefits and PTO policy!
Aetna insurance is the worst thing Great PTO policy, can take off whenever as long as it doesn’t interfere with project
