Great 401k match, 100% up to 6% of your income. I think it vests completely in 2 years. Health insurance, dental, vision is ok. A PPO costs around $500 per month for a family of 5. PTO is unlimited, the ESPP is not great, just a discount on the stock which you have to hold for a period of time.

Best thing: very flexible PTO policy and culture. Get your work done and achieve desired outcomes and you can take a lot of time off each year! Worst: very high pressure to sale instead of focusing more on quality and service.

Unlimited PTO, although sometimes people take fewer days off due to client demand.
"Unlimited PTO" but you have to jump through a lot of hoops to be able to take it. You can't take more than a week without getting really high level approvals from your practice. Also, when your work piles up while you're on vacation, you will be expected to be back on track immediately after vacation and cannot use it as an excuse Good health care and everything but again, it is really challenging to be able to have flexible scheduling. In theory you could do it and people would like you to believe that you can, but it's not the case because so many people at Huron work around the clock and expect the same of you. They would send out a notice on Fridays at 10am or something that there are free snacks in the kitchen and by the time I would show up they would all be gone. Free coffee/tea and soda machine. Sometimes free lunch but only for trainings and when they try to make you not leave the office on lunch breaks because they want you to work through. They say they have trainings but it is one of those things that you have 0 say in. They will try their best to have you staffed and only when they feel like you've invested enough time and effort into them will they decide they feel like putting you on a training. And while you any trainings, expect to work 80 hours that week because all your full-time work will not be paused! They have a sabbatical after 5 years but I don't know that any one takes it. Again, the theme here is that while they may offer a lot of good benefits, good luck taking advantage of them while working so much.
