    Benefits package is pretty solid, with a good 401K match, good insurance options etc. Work from home policy varies by department/team, but generally, on-site is expected. PTO is not limited; policy is that employees can take a "reasonable" amount.

    401k match is good at 6% dollar for dollar, vacation time is generous. I'm not sure about field folks, but in the software business unit, vacation time is about 4 weeks.
