Good health insurance and while they contribute a small amount to HSA account, premium for HSA insurance is high. 401k is excellent and company makes contributions to 401k and get payout of unused vacation time for non-attorneys and managers.

PTO is nice and after the waiting period the firms contributes a percent of your salary to your 401k for you. Health insurance is reasonable and they have prrks for completing wellness programs.
