    Corporate training structure is good in theory, but usually as a manager, you don't get much training and they hold your breath and hit the ground running.

    Horrible place responsibility on other associates who are to busy to train. No training, feel lost and that you are doing a poor job if you do not pick up on things you are not taught or have never done before.
