“Large network of doctors and providers. ”
“6 days a year for sick time. 2 wks vacation. 3 after 5. ”
“Discount is subject to availability and location. 12 Comp nights are great but not always easy to use. ”
Get 12 complimentary nights at Hyatt locations (when available ). Good Health insurance, cant really complain.
Best perk is 12 free days at participating hotels
Complimentary nights at Hyatt Hotels around the world is probably the best benefit in my mind.
12 free hotel nights a year for full time employees. Free lunch. 401K. 2 weeks vacation, 3 weeks after 5 years…
Great benefits! 12 free nights in any Hyatt property all over the world!
Good Health Benefits and 401k match. Paid maternity and paternity leave. Travel Benefits are good but not always available. Vacation and sick time are standard.
Great health and retirement benefits, good travel benefits. Poor bonus/incentive compensation. Average to below average salary depending on location.
Decent benefits. Free room nights (max of 12 per year, no more than three consecutive nights at a given hotel and only if available at participating hyatts) - though it’s like a puzzle finding rooms available and date on or near what you need. I find myself just planning vacation based on the free nights as opposed to when I want to go. 401k with a match match of 4%, more or less. Not too shabby. Would love if that were hirer; in an atmosphere where its becoming more evident people will be under prepared in retirement. Medical and dental are great. Hotels have seemed to pay employees less while demanding more all while obtaining more bottom line profit. That’s ashame. And Hyatt is known as one hotel company that pays lower wages. In years past this was forgiven with such unmatched employee benefits and work place culture. Sadly both of those are getting watered down year over year. Sales benefits. Over the past decade I’ve seen sales payout dwindle almost year after year (really it’s updated about every two/three years). In essence, the newest pay out benefit caps total payout at 20%. May seem decent, but this is in essence coming from a payout structure that was uncapped. Again making the lower salaries being paid a bit more unpalatable. Where once you could subsidize your salary with a decent pay out now you’re confined within a very strict percentage- limiting your potential. And quite honestly I believe this will limit the sales persons drive; hurting over all production.
Great hotel discounts worldwide at all hotels that are part of the group. Multiple brands.
12 free nights after a year working at any Hyatt
