The best part of the benefits package at Hyatt for me was their medical leave. I had some medical issues come up that took me away from work for an extended period of time and the company was more than accomodating, for which I am very greatful.
The benefits for health and 401k are really only for full-time employees. Though part time employees also get perks/benefits with discounted or free rooms.

The best part is the discount on guest rooms. On the other hand though you are so busy that it is hard to take advantage it and your vacation days.
