Hyland offers medical coverage to employees.
The health insurance provider is a pretty big one locally which means it's accepted pretty much everywhere and covers a wide variety of things. But it's a high-deductible plan, and that is rough.
Great options and discounts for wellness screenings
Best thing is after you reach the yearly deductible it’s $0 out of pocket. Worst thing is it is $2,700 deductible for the year. You do get discounts up to the $2,700 though
Covers most of my daily usage case
While there are several options the costs remain very high. HDHP family plans have an approximate $5000/year deduction from the paycheck. This amount can be reduced by several health factors from the annual biometric screening, or a new plan that was introduced with a much higher deductible.
From what I can tell they offer a very competitive health insurance plan
For a tech company that is in the black, they don't provide a very good health package. High cost with high deductibles. Is this any way to treat "family"?
Great plans; they really care and promote healthy lifestyle
Nothing special around medical insurance. CDHP
It's high deductible, and annoying to enroll/use.
