Best thing about Hyland was the atmosphere and workplace. The HQ's in Westlake, OH felt like a little College campus at times. At times you forget you're actually at work
You got benefits, which is better than nothing.
401k, medical, and health and wellness are awesome
Nothing special and the 401k is no good.
Good benefits in general when compared to similar sized companies based in the Midwest.
Best = tons of coverage options Worst = nothing
Hyland is consistently recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the Best Places to Work in the U.S. Much of this recognition is driven by Hyland's robust benefits packages for employees, and the company always seems to be finding new ways to give back to employees.
Great 401k match, fantastic Health insurance coverage and great perks of vacation time and other time off.
Sabbatical program is a very nice perk, along with the Hyland houses they have around the country. Just something a little extra from an already great company to work for.
