The best thing about Hyland's benefits package is how incredibly generous it is. They offer so much. As this is my first full time job with benefits I cannot speak to any negative aspects of the package.
Good insurance and PTO. Disability program added in 2019 is great. Sabbatical program is great if you stick around long enough to earn it.
Hard to determine total out of pocket.
The best is the company-funded HSA account, but you have to have the most expensive insurance to get it.
Solid benefits at every level including PTO, annual amusement park day, several company events
Great people, fun environment and room for advancement. You work hard but the side benefits are fun. Great relationship with clients.
The work-life balance is pretty good as the company does provide a lot of options on site and there are work-from-home capabilities. That said, a high-deductible health care plan at a tech company is ridiculous. I guess hope you go to the ER in January so everything's covered the rest of the year.
Great benefits for employees compared to other companies in our space. Go above and beyond for short term and long term benefit solutions, etc.
Great time off offerings and awesome employee perks.
Best thing is it covers most of the my usage case.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
