Medical insurance very good, lack of paternity leave is a shame since extra time off is given if you get married.
When I started, my wife and I were completely covered with nothing out of pocket (dental included and I believe vision as well). Before I left, if your spouse had access for coverage, they would have to use it. If not, you and your family were completely covered.
None. Nothing. Noda. Zero. Zilch. Not much was offered a terrible set up at best no dental no 401k and a very very expensive health care insurance plan with no company assistance.
