I worked at call center and it was shift work. Sometimes you have to work from 7am to 4pm on Tuesday, sometimes you have to work from 11am to 8pm on Friday and sometimes you have to work from 4am to 12pm on weekends. People are friendly but work shift sucks and more badly, your shift for next month won't be released until the end of last month or even first week of that month!!! You cannot make any schedule. Pay is really low as other Japanese company but this was the lowest from my experience. They do have an health/dental insurance but they only provide one. No 401K. Most people who doesn't have a title works as OPT or J1 VISA holder so they leave in a year and company hires another OPT or J1 VISA holder to have enough staff. Train for 3 to 6 month, start working by themselves for 6 month and leave. Hire another and train for 3 to 6 month.... If you're struggling with your VISA, you have to pay all the fees but the company will support you to get them. Overall, if this is your first job at US, then it's a good started but I'll suggest not to stay long cause benefit and pay are worst.
Barely any benefits in this company. Only a health insurance
No 401K. Sick leave was not officialy offered.
