Decent in comparison to other employers in the area
401k is the poorest
401k Match is below market
sorry, none at this time..
Health insurance is great. Time off and sick days are standards. But perks include time off for birthdays and you can also get extra days off if you donate to United Way.
The match is terrible at a total of 2%. Health benefits are standard. Vacation days are limited to only 10 starting out.
There’s a decent health care package. You also will be able to set up a 401k even if you are part time employee, my previous jobs didn’t offer that opportunity. They also offer discounts at different places like rental cars, computer software like Microsoft office if you are a student.
best thing is there is a 401K plan however no 100% matching, only 50%.
Worst is the small 401k Match
Benefits are wonderful. They have a bridge of $5000.00 and no deductible for medical. I never had to pay for the doctor. Everything else I'd 80/20 definitely worth it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
