good 401K match program (plus)
The match is wonderful! The problem it is an accrual basis. You do not receive the benefit until the last paycheck of the year and if you were terminated on December 15th, you loose all of your 401K matching! NASTY way of hosing your employees!!!! Ginni Rometty did this!
5% company match (deposited at the end of the year) on employees contributions.
The matching 4% for the 401k was good, but they only pay out at the end of the year, so if you leave mid-year, you lose the whole year's matching.
