    I don't know for sure, I had my kids before I started here. But I'm pretty sure its something crazy like 18-19 weeks at 80%

    I didn't take advantage of this, but my friends did and they have a wonderful program to support new parents.

    They just improved an already great program. Now new moms get 6-8 weeks paid maternity leave, then an additional 12 weeks of paid paternal leave! And dads are also eligible for the 12 weeks of paid paternal leave!! And you do not have to take it all at once, you can spread it out over the first year of your child's life.

    Just increased the leave for moms, dads and adoptive parents to 12 weeks so all have the opportunity to bond with a new child, in addition to maternity leave for birth moms.
