    I didn't take advantage of this, but my friends did and they have a wonderful program to support new parents.

    They just improved an already great program. Now new moms get 6-8 weeks paid maternity leave, then an additional 12 weeks of paid paternal leave! And dads are also eligible for the 12 weeks of paid paternal leave!! And you do not have to take it all at once, you can spread it out over the first year of your child's life.
