Three weeks of vacation from day 1. 12 company paid holidays per yr. pluses in my book. Capped at 20 days for employees wanting to be a career employee
IBM has expanded vacation time off so new employees do not have to wait 10 years for 3 weeks vacation. The biggest challenge at IBM is not in accumulating vacation time, it is being able to take the time off without impacting the business you are supporting. I routinely worked over Christmas and New Years.
A lot depends on when you joined. They have change the max vacation and when you get additional time. They still have actual vacation time and sick time rather than the PTO system many companies do
IBM provides paid vacation to their regular employees. Holidays are also paid.
Good Vacation & paid time off
Good vacation, except it doesn’t roll over.
3 weeks + 1 week of personal choice holidays. Plenty of sick days and very flexible schedules.
Just average so nothing really that notable. Perhaps on par with others but nothing that stands above the pack in a meaningful way.
We receive a good amount of vacation days
As an intern, you do get to take some time off, but I would not recommend it.
