One of the greatest perks was the benefits. Copay was cheap and easy access to the Benefits team.

Great health benefits. Flexible time off is great so long as you make sure your work is covered and are taking into consideration the rest of the teams schedule. 401k matching is great, too, as my previous company did not offer that.

"Unlimited" is at manager's discretion. Zero professional development and management REALLY needs it. Work from home option is great if your manager allows it.
