Dads get NOTHING. Use your PTO. Shame.

There is ZERO maternity or paternity leave at ICF. Totally unacceptable for any company in 2018, let alone one as large as ICF. For new moms, short term disability will get you about 5 weeks paid (they say 6 but the first week is an unpaid waiting period) for normal delivery or about 7 for c-section. The rest you have to either bank PTO (which there isn't much of, nor is there separate sick leave) or take unpaid leave for up to 3 months total time out, and if you take unpaid, you have to reimburse the company for your benefits upon your return.

There is absolutely no paternity leave. Only option is to burn PTO, which is entirely unacceptabe in 2017. Please review this antiquated policy and consider changing it.
