ICON Aircraft provides great health and dental insurance, 401k, vacation/ time off. The benefits they provide are on par with similar mid-size companies.
No 401k matching, stocks are given away like candy, they are also worthless and never get vested. The HMO plan may be worthwhile but the PPO sure isn't, no medical office has heard of the group they finance with and medical care billing becomes a huge pain. Dental and vision are standard. Snacks are a thing of the past. The company is too poor from paying out executive hotel stays. PTO is virtually non existent and getting it approved is even more difficult.
Very good overall benefits program - low cost medical/dental/vision plans, 401K plan(but no company match since is VC stage company), PTO is OK.
The best thing is the stock options program, the worst is the paid time off, which is 12 days
Basic health/vision/dental. No 401k, don't be enticed by stock options. They won't materialize. Not much time off, there is a work 24X72attattifyeattitude.Work life
Unfortunately ICON does not match 401k contributions. Pretty standard health, dental, and vision insurance. Standard starting PTO is 5 days accumulated during the first year of employment. PTO time increases with each year employed up to a max of 15 days per year. PTO is expected to be used for sick days also. That is... there are no "sick days".
being hired on with a tem agency I wasn't given on until 2 months into working with the company
There is none if you're a contractor. JSG just follows what Icon pays them, but you get a mug. Don't expect a t-shirt
Avarage i guess for any company
Good benifits that start right away. Relocation package is standard. Can be a little painful to get everything finalized. Pay is standardized with national average.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
