There are always free foods at ICR and you will never be hungry. The benefit is good and they do provide 401K and retirement plan. And they are friendly to female employees.

Bagel Tuesday is the greatest thing in the world. Really made the Tuesday grind something to look forward to, plus who does not like free bagels? One of the many examples that management wants to keep employees / interns happy on the job.
They offer good benefits with great providers, and are constantly listening to employees to see how they can improve. Better and better as time goes on!

They tell you that you have to wait 3 months for health insurance. I had to wait 6. They started telling new hires that health insurance starts right away, but you won't have insurance for a few months. So plan on paying for Cobra for a few months. They told me paying for Cobra out of my pocket is 'not a big deal'. One you get the insurance, it's terrible. But at least you have it.
