Medical coverage is not the best
Best benefit is 401K as long as they continue it at the same matching contribution %
Good PTO benefits and good 401K plan
ICU Medical recently bought the Austin, TX Hospira/Pfizer plant, and continued (for how long we don't know) the latter's matching 401k program: 7% company contribution added to your 5% contribution. Best I've seen anywhere.
Good benefits...medical, dental, vision, ESPP, on-site gym.
As an intern, I received little benefits; however, the onsite hockey rink and gym were good perks, along with discounts on many brands.
Employee stock purchase plan, partial 401k matching, annual performance bonus, FSA and HSA plans
Work load makes it impossible to actually use vacation time.
Health insurance is industry standard. They don't allow ANY time off during the first 6months and after that you have to beg to take any time off. Don't even think about getting sick!!
Minimum at best Better than nothing?
