they gave Health insurance, 401k plan, company car for field service and sales and gave you a gas card and pay for all the maintenance. Vacation vary depends of the year start with 13 to 25 for seniors.
ICU really needs to amp up their health benfits to be competitive with other public med device companies of their size. Their benefit package is unclear and it’s impossible to update your HSA contribution or beneficiary selection. Moreover, they don’t update their benefits information to match up with current offerings. On the positive side, their 401k is fair.
I have no benefits as I'm paid by my recruiting agency.
PTO and sick days they all are same. Merit increase is the same for all employees whether you work hard or not.
Medical coverage is not the best
Best benefit is 401K as long as they continue it at the same matching contribution %
Good PTO benefits and good 401K plan
ICU Medical recently bought the Austin, TX Hospira/Pfizer plant, and continued (for how long we don't know) the latter's matching 401k program: 7% company contribution added to your 5% contribution. Best I've seen anywhere.
Good benefits...medical, dental, vision, ESPP, on-site gym.
As an intern, I received little benefits; however, the onsite hockey rink and gym were good perks, along with discounts on many brands.
