Good coverage, changed their policy recently so i feel like they are still working out bugs. Over a discount if you pass your health check
The benefits and 401k are awesome!
Health insurance has very limited coverage even at the best/most expensive option. Most people in a sales capacity will never see any of the benefits offered. They begin after 60 days and most are let go by then. Cell coverage is a paltry $15 per month and they call you all the time. Mileage reimbursement is a minimal $0.20/mile and does not adequately reimburse for the gas and wear and tear on your vehicle.
401k 4% match Dental vision coverage very inexpensive with great coverage PTO time is awesome 2.5 weeks first year
The Wellness plan is good. Also, time off for doing volunteer work is a great perk. The health plan is expensive and I don't make enough to be able to contribute to 401k.
