Maternity leave, but no paternity leave. Would be rated higher if there was paternity leave.

I had been with the company 4 months when my wife gave birth to our child. Since I had not been there a full year I had to use vacation time and was provided little assistance with completing my work, not enough to work from home. I was hoping for some accommodation as I was in a professional role - not retail, food service, etc. - and had established a level of trust and respect. I believe I took 2.5 days off before I was pressured to get back to work.

Did not get to use this. Problem with the area I was in, is it seemed like the longer you were gone, the less in good standing you were in when you get back.

    Seems to be pretty standard.

GTECH will allow you to use all you vacation, sick, personal time, but this all depends on your manager.
