Benefits are top notch in the industry.
The company offers 401k, gym reimbursement, dental, vision, and health plus other options like hsa, short and long term disability, auto/ home insurance and pet ins. Unfortunately deductibles aren't the best but speaking to friends and family that seems to be a common problem with most employers.
Free Micorosoft courses/certifications through Udemy and other resources, Vacation time, Sick time, Paid holiday, Medical (Dental/Vision), 401k
Good - Multiple health insurance package options available. Negative - lack of equity package offerings, PTO less than industry standard

PTO is generous. 401K match is very low. Health benefits are fairly reasonable. They are having trouble establishing a "work from home" post COVID plan.
