good company & great benefits
Vacation time no longer acrewed with hours worked and no carry over, it's use or lose. 401K needs more choices for investments. Medical is bargain basement, co-pays, high deductible and Hugh out if pocket.

I love the benefits program here. They have something for everyone, like the Parents Guide to help new parents get all the support they can. They even have an a'la carte process for people in gender transition. love love love

Health was good plan blah
Nothing BAD about the benefits, just standard big corporate stuff. It has a bit of everything. 3% matching 401k if you put in 6%. Typical PPO / High Deductible plans with HSA options. Dental, Vision. Tuition reimbursement on an approved degree field. Gym membership ($150 /year) reimbursement. Nurse care hotline. Optional Life, LTD insurances. Maternity & Paternity Leave.
Fair benefits for such a huge profit company
Basic healthcare, dental, and vision coverage, albeit a bit costly.
