Best thing is the people and work life balance
Hyatt Legal plan is the worst. It only gets you a consultation for most legal matters. Identity theft is already a benefit from the company, this was supposed to get you assistance with additional legal matters, but doesn't do much more than calling any attorney would get you anyway.
Healthcare is expensive. Paid vacation time does not role over and must be taken in the fiscal year that it is accrued — "use it or lose it". This is a challenge as many projects require additional time that does not allow for time away.
Decent amount of vacation given.
401k with matching contributions, medical and dental okay but not as it used to be 3 years ago, no cash sharing plan
IGT has a good 401k match
IGT has a good benefits package. I would like to see paternity leave added.
Private Health and Dental. No company leveraged discounts. Bonus structure is poor and can be capped at whim by company. Consistent raises haven't happened in years for many people
Benefits packages are pretty good. You start off with 3 weeks vacation, lot of company holidays, health insurance seems pretty good as well.
