Health Insurance, 401k Plan. All the benefits are great as the company really cares about its employees
Under the "new" IGT, stock options taken away from all but director level employees and bonuses cut. There was a one-time salary bump for each of these losses but after 1 year employees are losing. For a company that used to pride itself on being innovative and attracting top technology talent, the new salary and benefit structure is mediocre at best.
oFFER 401 k but need to put in 6% to get 3.5% match. Have HSA insurance or PPO it is your choice. Great dental and vision benefits. Long term and short term disability. Paid holidays that most companies dont let off.
Benefits vary by level, but in general it is a fairly comprehensive and competitive package.
It's getting worse, but overall it's better than what is out there. Cigna is the go-to carrier.
