There is also an employee profit sharing plan. - Employee rate for hotels around the world is a major advantage with the ability to reserve up to two rooms per stay.

Benefits were normal. Hotel discount at other properties was great. Health insurance plan was adequate for an individual and not too expensive.

I wish they had better benefits.

Vacation accrual increases with time with the company of course, I believe we're up to 12 paid "holidays" in for US offices. Health benefits aren't stellar; I have coworkers who opt to join their partner or spouses company plan because it's better than ours. You do get a discount on hotel rooms; the discount ranges by location, brand, and availability.

PTO is flexible, and health insurance is good.
